The plate is manufactured and supplied in a normalized or regulated rolling condition by the completely killed steel process. In the S355J2+N grade, the ‘S’ stands for structural steel, ‘J2’ for -20 temperature impact test and ‘+N’ means normalized when rolling. It has outstanding cold forming properties, and plates are mostly manufactured using the killed steel process and shipped in controlled rolling or normalized condition to customers.

These plates are individually packed and covered in waterproof plastic wrappers and then placed in wooden cases or pallets to avoid the damage and rusting of these plates before their last stage of development. These plates are hot rolled and finished with plastic coating, and the hardness is half hard, soft, quarter hard and spring hard. Our S355J2+N have some outstanding features such as good toughness, resilience, endurance, workability, formability, high tensile strength, resistance to corrosion and oxidation, and long service life.
